My international experience includes teaching prenatal yoga classes in Bali at Bumi Sehat, Akhanda yoga in Scotland, Laos, Costa Rica, and in Rishikesh, India where I was living at the Anand Prakash Ashram.
If you don’t have time to get to a studio, allow me to bring yoga to you – all you need to provide are the mats! I offer group classes, suitable for all levels, in your workplace, condo or club. The benefits of taking a proactive approach to wellness through yoga are many:

*Rates are based on a one-hour class with an average of 15 people. Program evaluation and check-in after 3 months.

Paying it forward by investing in community is an important part of my work. A percentage of profits from group classes are donated to a non-profit or charity of your choice.
I’m currently volunteering with Yoga Outreach teaching a strengths-based practice in mental health and addictions facilities, which has brought yoga to people who would not otherwise have the chance to experience it.
Events and Retreats
